This post is a question and answer session with Grand President Paula Pace Shepherd, Texas Epsilon.


Tell us about your collegiate experience.

I pledged Pi Phi as a sophomore at Texas Epsilon so I completely support upperclassman quota!  I went on to become Scholarship Chairman and then served my chapter as Vice President of Moral Advancement. My favorite memories of chapter life involve Big and Little Sister activities because I ADORED my Big Sister! And, Pi Phi gave me my best friend who was one of my pledge sisters. She lives in Hawaii now but we remain very close. In fact, she came to convention in San Diego to see me installed as Grand President. Now that’s sincere friendship at its finest!

How did you become involved after college and what was it that drove you to stay involved?
