As I shared this week, one of my goals for 2014 is to run a half-marathon. Since I’m a new runner, it’s best to start small with a 5K. I am using the Couch to 5K Podcasts through the National Health Service. My “coach” Laura has a brilliant British accent and promises to keep me motivated every step of the way. I just finished Week 1 and I didn’t die! It wasn’t easy by any means, but it felt pretty good. I’m really happy with my progress so far and look forward to starting Week 2 today!!
