Week 2 of couch to 5k is done!
During this week’s workout we alternated between 90 seconds of running with 2 minutes of walking, for a total of 20 minutes. I want to say it was easier, but Wednesday morning was probably the toughest to date. I was exhausted, my whole body was sore, and I just couldn’t catch my breath. I was able to power through without having to skip any runs, so that made me feel really good. It was during Friday’s run that I realized I had been running too fast. It’s suppose to be a light jog, but I was trying to kick it up! Well, my body kicked me right down! Lesson #1 learned. I’ll be listening to my body a little more this week.
